Children 0 -3,9 years of age are free of charge, children ages 4 to 9,9 years pay $6 por night (tax included), if they do not require additional beds. Maximum 2 children per room, accompanied by 2 adults.
Payments for Reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payments can be made to either of our accounts: Banco de Costa Rica in the name of ARENAL PARAISO RESORT S.A, account # 001- 264137- 2 (in colons, local money) at the exchange rate our system shows on the payment date or account # 001-264138-0 (USD Dollars). Once payment is made, it is necessary to send us a copy of the transaction by fax, or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not received your payment confirmation within the allotted time we will assume your reservation has been canceled. Payments or deposits made without the reservation number will not be accepted by the Hotel, each payment must come with the Hotel´s booking number. Arenal Paraiso will not be responsable of payments without previous reservation.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, please request the authorization form and complete it with the requested Information, manually sign it and send it back to us. We accept Master Card, American Express, Discover and Visa.
Cancelations must be made by fax or email, and are only valid after receiving our written response. The cancelation fees depend on the amount of day of notice given. During High Season (December – April) we require a minimum of 30 days notice. During Low Season (May – November) we require a minimum of 21 days notice.
In the case of no-shows the full amount of your reserved stay will be charged. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the original reservation.
During Easter (March 29 - Abril 5) week and end of the year (December 20 – Jan 1) we requiere a mínimum 2 nights stay, there is also a mandatory dinner for the nights of December 24th 2016 (cost $ 50 i.i. p/p and children $30 i.i.), and December 31st 2016 (cost $60 i.i. p/p and children $ 35 i.i.)
